Return is easy

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to take it back. Return requests must be placed within 20 days of purchase. Refunds are given within 2 business days after we have received the returned item. We will notify you as soon as we process the refund.

Return an item

You can request a return on our website or by email within 20 days from the date of purchase. Our representative will contact you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return shipping label. You just need to pack the item in its original condition and packaging and ship it back to us using the shipping label we provide within 10 days from the date we send you the RMA and label.

Item condition

You must return the item in its original condition, which means it has not been used, altered or has had serial number removed, or missing original contents. You must pack the item in its original shipping box.

Replace an item

All items sold on Netsotech's website carry the manufacturer warranty and technical support. As long as your item is under warranty coverage, if it does not function properly, we recommend that you contact Manufacturer Technical Support. They are well -equipped to troubleshoot for you. If the manufacturer support cannot resolve the issue, they will send you the replacement the next business day. We can also assist you with this process. Please contact us if you need our help.

Restocking fee

We may charge you up to 15% restocking fee if you return your order because you no longer want it (i.e. you order wrong quantity or wrong item). Please make sure you read item description carefully to avoid this situation and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help.

Refund

You receive the amount you pay for the return item including tax if you pay local tax. If you return the item because you no longer want it, and you pay for expedited shipping, this amount will not be refunded. If your return is subjected to a restocking fee, we will deduct this amount from your refund. Within 2-business days from the date we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the payment account used when you placed the order. When the refund appears on your statement varies depending on your bank.
