Shipping questions

When do you ship my order after it is placed?

After your order is placed, it will go through fulfillment process in which we verify your payment and submit your order to the manufacturers if your item is shipped from their warehouse. In most cases, your order is shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse or 2 business day from manufacturer's warehouse.

What does free shipping cover?

Free shipping coverUSPS standard shipping, Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.

Can I pick up my order instead?

If you reside in Washington State or nearby, you are always welcome to pick up your order at our location. We will notify you when the order is ready to pick up. Items in our warehouse are normally ready to pick up on the same business day. Items coming from the manufacturer may take longer.

Who is your shipping carrier?

We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier, but occasionally use UPS, USPS, and DHL at our discretion for various circumstances.

Do you blind drop ship?

We offer blind drop shipping upon request. However, we cannot use your shipping information when your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer. In this case, “HP” or “HP Enterprise” will show for the sender's information.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States of America.

Return questions

How can I return my order?

Returns are simple. You can request a return on our website or by email within 20 days from the date of purchase. Our representative will contact you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return shipping label. You just need to pack the item in its original condition and packaging and ship it back to us using the shipping label we provide within 10 days from the date we send you the RMA and label.
You must return the item in its original condition, which means it has not been used, altered or has had serial number removed, or missing original contents. You must pack the item in its original shipping box.

When should I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2-business days from the day we receive your return. When the refund appears on your statement varies depending on your bank.

Do you charge restocking fee?

We may charge you up to 15% restocking fee if you return your order because you no longer want it (i.e. you order wrong quantity or wrong item). Please make sure you read item description carefully to avoid this situation and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help.

What does order status mean?

When we receive our order, we will send you notifications of your order status as following:

  • Receiving : Your order has been successfully placed through our system and is waiting for fullfillment.
  • Awaiting shipment: Your order has been successfully fullfilled by our representative. It means the payment looks good, shipping info is valid, and the items you order are available to ship.
  • Shipped : Your order has left the warehouse and you can track the package with tracking number we provide.
  • Awaiting pick-up : Our warehouse has your order ready for you to pick up. This status only applies for local customers who request to pick up the orders at our location instead of shipping it. Please note our business hour is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday except holidays.
  • Completed: You have received your order and we have followed up to make sure you are happy with it.
  • Cancelled: In some rare cases, we are unable to honor your order due to information issues, or the items you order become unavailable.
  • Declined : We will regretfully decline your order if we cannot verify your payment or information you provide, or your shipping address is undeliverable.

What warranty does the item on your webiste carry?

Items on our website carry manufacturer warranty starting from the date you purchase. Manufacturer warranty for individual item is listed on relative product page. To check manufacturer warranty for an item you buy from us, please visit our Support page.

What does 3/3/3 warranty means?

It means the item has 3 years of manufacturer warranty for part replacement, labor and on-site technical support. Part replacement means if your item fails to perform within warranty coverage due to hardware issues, the manufacturer will send you a replacement part. Labor means the manufacturer will send out technician to your location to help you if necessary, free of charge.

What does HPE Renew condition mean?

The HPE Renew Program is a global initiative designed to offer a large discount on current technology to companies who are looking for HP Enterprise IT hardware for a better price. It offers fully remanufactured Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) products backed by the original same-as-new factory warranty. All HPE Renew products undergo complete remanufacturing and testing processes, fully restoring them to meet HPE standards. The only difference we have experienced between HPE Renew and new items is that HPE Renew items are shipped in a factory-sealed box labeled Recertified, Refurbished or Renew.

Is HPE Renew different from Re-certifed?

Yes it is. HPE Renew condition only applies to HP Enterprise (HPE) products, while Recertified applies to HP Inc. products. Recertified items are also shipped in factory-sealed boxes labeled refurbished or remarketed, however, they do not always carry same-as-new warranty. Warranty for recertified items is often a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Can I get a cheaper price?

We offer the best price we can afford on our website. You can receive a whole sale level discount if you have established a long-lasting partnership with us or you can prove your reseller status and apply for Net Term.

Payment questions

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for order placed on our website. Verified PayPal payment is our preferred payment method as it is easiest for us to confirm payments and process your order with confidence.

We also accept personal and company checks as preferred payment methods for our clients with Net Terms. We offers Net Terms to public schools, government agencies, and other qualifying customers. Initial terms offered are Net 15, but can be extended with a positive credit history. All applications for Net Terms are subject to credit and background checks.

Why do you decline my payment?

We reserve the rights to reject your payment and decline your order if:
  • The information you provide is incorrect, or invalid
  • We cannot confirm shipping and/or billing address
  • We detect any evidence of fraudulent activity with your transaction.

Is my payment information secured?

Your information is protected during transmission by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Only the last four digits of your credit card numbers are revealed when confirming an order. We do not even see your full credit card number in our system.
